Op 9, 10 en 11 juli kunnen Breitling- én surfliefhebbers weer terecht in het Breitling Beach House. Dit jaar is Manta Beach in Scheveningen de plek waar surfen en horloges samenkomen. Daarnaast zorgt de 140ste verjaardag van horlogehuis Breitling voor enkele bijzondere lanceringen.
Liefhebbers van surfen en horloges kunnen hun hart ophalen in Scheveningen. Van 9 tot en met 11 juli strijkt daar namelijk het Breitling Beach House neer bij Manta Beach. Hier komt de surfsport samen met avontuur, precisie, prestaties en de ontspannen elegantie van Breitling.
Gratis surfles
Bezoekers van het Breitling Beach House kunnen zich onderdompelen in de wereld van Breitling, maar ook gratis surfles krijgen van niemand minder dan Nederlands surfkampioen Anne Albers. De lessen vinden plaats op 9 juli (17:00 tot 18:00 uur), 10 juli (18:00 tot 19:00 uur en 19:00 tot 20:00 uur) en op 11 juli (17:00 uur). 140-jarig bestaan
Het jaar 2024 markeert ook het 140-jarig bestaan van het Zwitserse horlogehuis en dat wordt gevierd met enkele bijzondere collecties, waaronder een nieuwe Superocean-collectie. De surfsport en Breitling hebben inmiddels een innige band opgebouwd, die al dateert uit 1957, toen het eerste Superocean-duikhorloge het levenslicht zag. Sindsdien is er een connectie tussen het horlogehuis en de surfgemeenschap, waarin de voorliefde voor avontuur en de zee de gemene delers zijn.
